Calendar of Events

The ISEA Events Calendar provides information about events, courses, conferences and workshops offered by the ISEA as well as other organizations related to solar, wind, and other forms of renewable energy.

Online registration for all courses is available by clicking on the register button at the bottom of the page.  Events that require payment can be paid with a debit card, credit card, or PayPal account.  To receive the membership rate for any events, please login as a member first, then register for the event.

You may also email us at contactisea@illinoissolar.org if you know of an event that is not listed and think it would benefit our members, if you wish to partner or sponsor an event, or if you have questions or experience any difficulties.

    The Illinois Shines 2026-27 Program Year opened on June 1, 2026. The webinar will discuss 2026 Long-Term Plan updates, 2026 REC Contract changes and new Program Guidebook requirements, including updates to the Minimum Equity Standard requirements for Approved Vendors and Designees participating in the Program. 

    This webinar will be presented by Andrea O’Shea, Illinois Shines Program Manager, and Emily Asbury, Procurement Programs Equity Specialist, with the Illinois Power Agency (IPA).

    This educational webinar will explore Elective Pay, a mechanism that enables tax-exempt entities to benefit from remaining federal clean energy tax credits.

    Please join the IPA to learn how public bodies, non-profit organizations, houses of worship, and other tax-exempt entities can still leverage federal tax credits (even with no tax liability) to reduce the overall cost of clean energy projects. The webinar will review eligibility requirements for Elective Pay, including changes enacted by Congress last year and requirements specific to battery storage and geothermal projects.

    Speakers for this session include CYR Strategies' Cassie Rowlands, an expert in Elective Pay, and IPA Director of External Affairs Sarah Duffy.
