About the Instructor:
Mike Bullock installed solar PV to reduce his carbon footprint, learn more about the benefits of solar PV, and be an ambassador for the renewable energy industry. Mike has a smart meter that faces west. It gets a considerable amount of sun in the afternoon during peak electricity demand. He also has a monitoring system from eGauge Systems, which includes a web monitoring solution called Enlighten that shows the production of the array. It is another way to "see the meter spin backwards," but with a lot more information. Mike plans to make more efficiency improvements and continue to advance solar through public education about his installations!
