Join ISEA for a federal policy update from Robin Dutta, SunPower's Senior Manager of Market Development and Policy!

There have been many expectations and prognostications regarding what will be in a final federal infrastructure package. There were President Biden’s proposals, numerous individual pieces of legislation, and multiple bipartisan negotiations. Now, there is a bipartisan “hard infrastructure” package and a second package that will be made up of climate, clean energy, and various social programs. This webinar will push away all the noise and get down to the basics: what we know, what is possible, and what to look for.

Robin Dutta has worked on SunPower’s policy team since 2015. He currently leads the company’s federal policy work, with a focus on congressional affairs. Robin previously ran SunPower’s east coast state affairs work, and has worked closely on regulatory and legislative policies on net metering and clean energy incentive programs, and energy storage initiatives. Robin has previously served on the boards of the Chesapeake Solar and Storage Association and the Georgia Solar Energy Industries Association. He holds a graduate degree from the University of Delaware’s Joseph R. Biden School of Public Policy. Originally from New Jersey, Robin currently resides in Washington, D.C.
