Let's Bring Those New Energy Jobs to Southern Illinois!
The purpose of the upcoming July forums is to learn how to take advantage of the opportunities of the Future Energy Jobs Act (FEJA) to prepare the way for local, job-creating projects. This second round responds to feedback we received from attendees during meetings held this past June. Because many of the new law's incentives and programs will provide access to solar energy, job training and jobs in low-income communities, we'll have a workshop specifically dedicated to the Illinois Solar for All Program.
Five Workshops Offered Two Days / Two Locations
The same five workshops will be offered at half-day events at both John A. Logan College and Southeastern College. Attendees will be able to choose from two of the five, since several will be offered concurrently. If you want to take advantage of more than two, please don't hesitate to register for both days. Remember - these forums are free.
