Brian Granahan is the Chief Legal Counsel of the Illinois Power Agency, an independent state agency tasked with developing procurement plans and conducting energy, capacity, and renewable energy resource procurement events, including the development of the state’s initial Long-Term Renewable Resources Procurement Plan used to plan programs and procurement events to meet the Illinois’s Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard.
