Webcast: AWEA Wind Power & Property Values - A Multi-Site Hedonic Analysis

American Wind Energy Association will be hosting a Webcast on "The Impact of Wind Power Projects on Residential Property Values in the United States:  A Multi-Site Hedonic Analysis." on December 16th.  The presenters will be Ben Hoen and Ryan Wiser of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.

With wind energy expanding rapidly, and with an increasing number of communities considering wind development, there is an urgent need to empirically investigate common community concerns and thereby provide stakeholders in the siting process a common base of knowledge from which to work.
